7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Guitar Galactica, we want to be sure that our customers can buy with confidence. That’s why we offer a 7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee! If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 7 days from receiving your shipment to return the item for a full refund (shipping charges excluded). Buyer pays for return shipping. In order for items to be eligible for a refund they must be returned in the condition they were received and include all packaging and documents that were included when purchased.

All payments are processed thru PayPal. Please be sure that your account and address is verified as we only ship to the verified PayPal address associated with your account.

Shipping

We only ship to the lower 48 states located in the U.S. We do not ship internationally. Everything we ship is packed very carefully, whether it’s going around the corner or across the country. Every shipment goes out fully insured. If you receive your item and there appears to be shipping damage, please contact us immediately! Please keep the shipping box and all packing materials.

Do Not Throw Away The Box Or Packing Material If There Appears To Be Shipping Damage!

Not having these items will void any insurance claim with the carrier. Pictures will be required of the box, packing material and damage to the item. Once they are sent to us, we will start the insurance claim process with the carrier, and will keep you up to date on the progress every step of the way. Buyer must hang on to the shipment while the claim is being processed. Do not just send it back! The carrier will void the claim!
